Fertility evaluation in Tellapur, Hyderabad
A first consultation when conception is taking longer than expected—reviewing cycles, timing, health history, and whether tests or a next step would help.
Care for Fertility evaluation at Cura Femina is provided by Dr. Krishna P Syam, senior obstetrician and gynecologist.
Many couples book because they have been trying for several months without a pregnancy, or because periods, prior treatment, or age make them want a clearer plan. A fertility evaluation at the clinic is a structured conversation—not a promise of a particular treatment. The aim is to understand your situation and decide what is useful now.
Who should book
A visit is useful if you have been trying to conceive for a while, if cycles are irregular or very painful, if you have a known condition such as PCOS or endometriosis, or if you simply want to know whether anything should be checked before you keep waiting. You can attend alone or with a partner.
What a first visit typically includes
We review how long you have been trying, cycle timing, medicines, previous pregnancies or losses, and any reports you already have. From there we discuss whether blood tests, an ultrasound, or a follow-up plan is the right next step—or whether more time, timing advice, and general health measures are enough for now.
If you are still planning a pregnancy and have not started trying, preconception counselling and pregnancy and antenatal care may be a better first page. Cycle problems that affect fertility are also covered under PCOS and irregular periods.
